Long Time No Hola!
Sorry I have been out so long! I have been very busy with a number of things and just have had no time to update this in a while! Soon I will be gone again for a stretch! Aye yi yi! But I will do my best to get some art and stuff up on here soon. I still am working on my wrotomg project as well! Been A Little While
Hola! Lo siento I have been so busy lately I haven't been able to update in a long while! Things are pretty busy right now and in the near future will be busier. Coming up not this week but the week after I will be out of town for almost a week so I will try to post more stuff this week to make up for the lack of content recently.
On my LiveJournal I have a new post with some thoughts on the Women's World Cup and the movie Dragon Wars, so head over there for that. Nothing new on Flickr but there will be sometime this week.

El Hombre Lobo 09/14/07

El Vampiro 09/11/07
Yes, more Halloween art. For me it's a nice escape from the constant reminders of today's past. Helps me focus on tomorrow more (I get older tomorrow!!). There will be one more Halloween piece coming. I'm ready for Halloween!

Child-Friendly Crucifixion by Kevin Walsh
Recently film maker and artist and all around cool guy Kevin Walsh sent me this pretty awesome painting, Child-Friendly Crucifixion! Some of the conversations with family over this painting has been very interesting and it's definitely been a controversial issue here at home. In the future I will do a wrotomg all about it but I will say this, despite any awkwardness and controversy I really enjoy this painting and am very appreciative and grateful for it! Wrotomgs 000
Wrotomgs.
A while back I decided I needed to work on my writing. Not my handwriting, though that needs alot of work, but like my writing. Artists should be able to express themselves in speech and writing besides the obvious visual means of expression. I am so out of practice, I need to work on my writing.
So I created a folder to make myself do some writing. Often times when I make up projects, and I make up alot of projects, I will create a folder on my PC to house the project in. It's suppose to try to make me do something with the project. So I created a folder for my project idea of working on my writings. But when I was typing the name of the folder, which I had intended to be the imaginative title of "writings" I didn't pay attention and went typo crazy and it came out "wrotomgs". I started to correct it but something about "wrotomgs" appealed to me. I don't know why. That's how this project became titled wrotomgs. We'll see how it goes.
